A lot of our customers just want a solid, monitored burglar alarm — door and motion protection, a keypad, and a fast call to the authorities when it trips. No contract, video-verified options available, and it satisfies the alarm requirement most insurers want. We'll right-size it to your space and your budget — not upsell you into something you don't need.

I just want a burglar alarm — can you keep it simple?+

Absolutely — it's our most common job. Door and motion protection, a keypad, and monitored dispatch, sized to your space. No contract, and we won't push you into access control or cameras you don't need.

Will a monitored alarm help with my insurance?+

Often, yes — many carriers offer a discount for a monitored burglar alarm, and some policies require one. We provide the alarm certificate your insurer asks for, straight from your Customer Portal.

Can you add to my existing cameras or readers?+

Usually, yes. If your current gear is reasonably modern we'll integrate it and only swap what's not up to par — and we'll tell you which is which before you spend a dime.

Do you do access control and cameras together?+

That's the whole point — one platform for doors, cameras, and alarms, so a credential swipe can pull up the camera and an alarm can lock the building down.

Can I manage it from my phone?+

Yes. Arm and disarm, add or revoke credentials, and pull live or recorded video from the Alarm.com / Verkada apps — with a full audit trail of who did what and when.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. We carry every required insurance and exceed the minimums. Florida License EF20002138 — certificate of insurance available on request.
